4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine
4 Rolls Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine is one of the hydraulic roller machines used in the industry for bending thin or thick sheet plate curling at the desired inclination. This machine is ideal for forming full circle, semicircle, conical, oval and radius shapes.
Design and Structure
Equipped with an advanced design, the 4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine has a sturdy frame and hydraulic safety chuck that allows easy removal of part roller settings from the control panel. Furthermore, all rollers are hardened, which increases the durability and longevity of the machine.
Working Principle
4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine is equipped with four roll technology and again bending capability. This makes it possible to produce sheet plate curling tubes that can be welded with a laser longitudinal seam welding machine. The metal workpiece is securely fixed between the upper and lower rollers, while the side rollers move vertically to form a bending. The bottom roller holds the sheet plate curling profile or plate surface securely against the top roller, while the side roller is raised to create a pre-bending, minimizing the flat area at the edge of the workpiece.
Technical Specifications
- 4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine has fixed positioned top rolls and two offset or lateral rolls, one on each side.
- Under the top roll, there is an additional roll that continuously clamps the plate during rolling and can pre-bending both ends of the workpiece (sheet plate curling or profile).
- 4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine, the sheet work piece is held securely between the top and bottom rollers, while the side rollers move vertically to form bendings.
- 4 Rolls Hydraulic Sheet Plate Bending Machine is loaded horizontally at the feeding level for pre-bending. This allows the use of horizontal motorized roller tables to assist in feeding the workpiece.
